Added form to convert answers to json format #1

A html form to convert answers given to the diarybot in the format of the template to JSON format needed by the application. Just copy the answer including all titles to the first textarea and press the convert button.

I don't know why the tests fail, and how these tests are related to the completely new and independent html page I've created. Maybe someone can explain it to me tomorrow...
