During onboarding two of my students, we noticed that one of them reperdtly got the error message
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pyomo'
Whenever trying to run any simulation. I and my other Studi could not replicate the error, but it also appears in the colab notebooks e.g. here https://colab.research.google.com/github/assume-framework/assume/blob/main/examples/notebooks/01_minimal_manual_example.ipynb#scrollTo=jV8rKCrBmJrU
