Perform validation study with flexABLE #82

Now with power plants, storage units, and energy and reserve markets in place, we should be able to directly compare the results to the flexible model, which is our baseline. This would allow us to see all error we might have in the code and validate our model before further expansion. For this, we need to define scenarios and a propel validation method.
