We would like the option to retain or show staff who previously worked at the clinic to be able to be included in the report generation, the system's current behavior only allows for active staff to be included in the report, for exited staff we need to use the All Clinic option to include their data however it would cause troubles as it requires manual intervention to filter out specific person's rows and lose the individual view.
A better view to operate on selecting (ex)staff would be using something like what has been shown above, this allows a long list of options being shown without cramping all of them together in checkboxes and making use of keyboard shortcut for holding CTRL key for multiple select.
