Link clicks not working when using Body.InnerHTML #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When loading HTML to ...body.InnerHTML
2. you will need to click twice on the link to make it work
3. a similar bug reported to you but when navigating, and it seems that 
you solved it there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the link should work from the first click

What are the OS and IE versions?
WinVista IE7

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.0.7
