Support split season shows #3

Support shows that are split in different seasons in Kitsu, but are a single season in Subsplease (or any other XDCC provider). Ex: Sailor Moon

KaizoServices search enhancer now includes information regarding the "canonical first episode" for a show. This number is used to determine the episode to fetch from Nibl.
