v1alpha1 CRDs will be deprecated starting from v1.1 and removed from v1.2. From v1.1, v1alpha2 will be the new storage version.

[x] Update CRDs to reflect this change and use v1alpha2 as storage hub in the controller
[x] Add a subcommand to astartectl to conclude the upgrade of existing resources
[x] Document thoroughly the upgrade procedure from operator v1.0+.
