MC3 is a powerful Bayesian-statistics tool that offers:

  • Levenberg-Marquardt least-squares optimization.
  • Markov-chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) posterior-distribution sampling following the:
  • Metropolis-Hastings algorithm with Gaussian proposal distribution,
  • Differential-Evolution MCMC (DEMC), or
  • DEMCzs (Snooker).
