Add sendWoL for waking up HERO4 and newer cameras
Add confirmPairing to confirm pairing on HERO5 and newer cameras
simplify camera types (HERO1...7)
Add Constants.h.example (which should be renamed to Constants.h) for each example

Quick to do list:

[ ] periodic keep alive on background thread
[ ] get status
[ ] parse status
[ ] Full feature ESP8266 remote using one of these:
- ESP8266 with screen in a small form factor
- Larger ESP32 with screen
- Wemos D1 Mini with this OLED screen (ordered)
