These are only the UI file aspect, not the backend and the frontend code that will connect the backend and the UI.

[x] Language Feature tab.
[ ] Activity tab sidebar.
- [ ] The actual tab.
- [ ] User dropdown panel.
- [ ] Tree view.

Ugh, should mark this as draft PR instead.

Merging this, we will be able to implement those things later on.

Especially as my upcoming feat/init PR will move the echidna.ui file to the src folder.
