Use platform independent ApplicationLauncher plugin #129

With https://github.com/asterics/AsTeRICS/issues/209 the applicationLauncher plugin should become platform independent.

The new platform independent ApplicationLauncher should be used in the AsTeRICS Ergo autostart.acs model.
