EBook integration #35

Idea: it would be great if it would be possible to built up a simple interface to view and read e-books within AsTeRICS Grid.

Working with https://github.com/futurepress/epub.js/ can be "fun" but can also be quite painful (eg try on fixed flow ePubs). You quickly find what a mess ePub standards are IMHO. Saying that a PDF/ePub reader may be useful.
