Update FS20 receiver plugin to use hid4java #176

The FS20 sender plugin already uses the hid4java library, allowing cross-platform compatibility.

The FS20 receiver plugin should be updated to remove the hidapi dependency and switch to hid4java, which enables cross-platform usage on all available architectures.
