added .gitignore, after build and running no untracked files #180

these .jars are not covered by /bin/ARE/asterics.*.jar: http://prntscr.com/gzf60z the only jars that is checked-in in this folder are:

org.eclipse.osgi_3.6.0.v20100517.jar
VCChecker.jar

these would of course stay in the repository and also changes will be detected (because the are already checked in). The question is: are there more jars in the future that will be in this folder and needed to be checked in? if no we could still use /bin/ARE/*.jar

ok, you are right. we could also think about moving the remaining files to another location, and install them through a build process. (low priority)
