WiiMote plugin: Compile it for 64bit or port to new library #187

The WiiMote plugin only supports 32bit JRE. Alternately port it to Java library which also supports other platforms: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wiimote/Library#WiiRemoteJ.2C_a_Java_library_for_the_Wii_Remote
