added fixation information to JNI #292

adds the eye-fixation information from tobii api to the plugin functionalities

so the fixation time was already implemented in the plugin, but not in the JNI bridge? looked over it, did not understand too much, but if it works, for me its ok to merge ;)

yes, the plugin was already prepared to accept the fixation value but the interactor was not implemented in the C++ interface to the Tobii SDK ... this fix was tested and is already used by KI-I.
