Adaption of build and installer scripts according to new task https://openproject.studyathome.technikum-wien.at/projects/asterics-docs/work_packages/111/activity

removed all usages of submodules:
- WebACS: will be substituted by downloading the WebACS from WebACS github release
- AsTeRICS Help: will be substituted by new asterics-docs webpage.
fixed replaceVersion target to also replace version in Installer/asterics-are/APE.properties

TODO

remove submodules in WebACS repo as well
do test build with Jenkins
update final WebACS release to use
