ACS

Changed opening of ACS manual and plugin help according to new webpage (asterics-docs), see: https://openproject.studyathome.technikum-wien.at/projects/asterics-docs/work_packages/93/activity

No fallback strategy any more, simply open the manual or plugin help URL which was configured in the asterics.ini file. By default the paths are:

ACSManualURL=https://www.asterics.eu/manuals/ACS/ pluginHelpBaseURL=https://www.asterics.eu/plugins/

ARE

added property key to configure WebACS.editModel.URL. By default the URL points to the online version of the WebACS (webacs.asterics.eu)
