Port of MouseCapture plugin using JNativeHook (Fixes #77)
extracted generic parts of class Bridge to super class AbstractBridge
Implemented subclass JNativeHookBrdige which uses the jnativehook lib
On windows the windows Bridge is loaded, on the other platforms the JNativeHookBridge is loaded
99% of the functionality could be ported, only on Linux the mouse click events are not blocked.
improved model to test capturing including buttons for blocking/forwarding
