Integrate content of AsTeRICS-help

The AsTeRICS-help system is used as submodule in other repositories:

• AsTeRICS: https://github.com/asterics/AsTeRICS/tree/master/bin/ARE/web
• WebACS: https://github.com/asterics/WebACS

and hosted with the ARE webserver, as soon as the ARE is started (http://localhost:8081/help/index.html) and online at http://asterics.github.io/AsTeRICS/help/index.html.

The underlying contents is currently edited at the following locations:

• ARE, ACS (legacy), Plugin help files: https://github.com/asterics/AsTeRICS/tree/master/Documentation/ACS-Help/HTML
• WebACS: https://github.com/asterics/WebACS/tree/master/help_files and then copied to the respective deployment locations.

The set of plugins shown is generated by the ARE during startup depending on the plugins available in the ARE directory. The file is stored at web/componentCollections/defaultComponentCollection.abd For the online hosted version the file is generated at the time of the release and then copied to gh-pages to the respective location to be available at: http://localhost:8081/componentCollections/defaultComponentCollection.abd

Is there a way of integrating thoses pieces of information into the new web page, having new styles and responsiveness? search funcitonality,...

Could we reuse the outcome for the web UI of the ARE webserver as well?

Note: ACS vs. ACS-misc Older Folder Name clashes with newer folder name, when switch tag.
