Re All.

  1. Add option for write every channel to separate channel in file. For AI can detect side. Don't mix channels. Now we use t and r options for additional files.
  2. Add option for replace MOH and Alert to Silence for speedup AI work
  3. Add options for write not in file, bujt in pipe /FD for real,time streaming [ usage. DeadAGI and Spy/Mirror need additional code and time. Simple mapped pipe and AMI Events from, rest full.
  4. Add support for chunking write to stream
  5. add support for trim silence
  6. add support for formats than cant use SEEK like ogg to write separate files and concat it on the ebd
