Audio placed in a channel from PERIODIC_HOOK() should be on the recording if MixMonitor is running. #23

Currently any audio you play during a PERIODIC_HOOK() is not part of the MixMonitor recording (even though its audible while listening to the channel).

Please make it so MixMonitor will record the audio played by the PERIODIC_HOOK().
