There are a lot of whitespace changes that appear to actually replace a space with a space but they're actually replacing 0xA0 with a regular 0x20 space.
It also looks as though there are many additions of trailing whitespace but those were caused by the above which changes the apparent line length. The line looks shorter so the diff reports the difference as an addition to the new line. Not exactly sure why.
