The priority is to get the next release with well-tested implementations for the haploid algorithms (with support for NONCOPY
and MISSING
allelic states).
@astheeggeggs Anything else you think we should do before the release? I think the following release should focus on the diploid implementations.

Write README for haploid LS HMM.
Provide a Jupyter notebook demo-ing the main API functions for the haploid case.
