'xswm last' raises last window but doesn't focus if cursor hovered over LIBRARY in steam #4

  1. Open terminal
  2. Open steam
  3. Hover cursor over LIBRARY such that the LIBRARY-popup-window opens
  4. Switch to last window (the terminal) with an sxhkd-mapping which executes xswm last

--> Terminal is raised but doesn't have focus

This doesn't happen with alttab.

It does happen also with alttab but you have to switch between steam and terminal several times.
