no UART or Bluetooth data when GPS is lost

Observed behaviour:

• the standalone edition stops transmitting any UART data when the GPS is lost.
• the PFLAU sentence is not sent out anymore
• therefore all connected equipment indicates loss of FLARM, where only loss of GPS is the problem

Reproduction:

• start SoftRF, let it get GPS and the prohibit GPS reception (go inside).

Preferred behaviour:

• I'd expect that UART data flow continues indicating loss of GPS at least in the PFLAU sentence

this is not a problem on the prime mkII, and the standalone is not supported anymore.
