adding JDY-10 BT support (using transmit in the blind)

Expected behavior

JDY-10 shall work without additional out of circuit programming, i.e. show the right BT name, have 38400 UART speed and a custom BT code.

not relevant anymore, the old SoftRF standalone 8266 based hardware is not used anymore in this fork.
