Make ID terminology consistent #36

There is an ongoing discussion regarding interpretation of UUID, UUIDv4, ID, etc in the standards group. The API currently uses "UUID" and "ID" interchangeably. We should use the same term every time, referring to a single place in the document where the outcome of that discussion can be reflected clearly and unambiguously.

When making this change, we should also make it clear what the id field is for VehicleTelemetry.
