Clean up repo #53

This PR makes no substantive API changes. It adds a tidying script to ensure the YAML file follows standard conventions and applies that script to the YAML file.

Also, the flow folder has not been maintained and has therefore diverged substantially from the API. To avoid viewer confusion, this PR also removes that folder (though its contents will still be accessible in past commits).
