This PR addresses many of the open issues on the repo. Each issue has its own commit, so look at individual commits to find the changes related to a particular issue (see Commits tab, second from left above, then click on the commit description to see a diff).
The PR also adds a tidying script to ensure the YAML file follows standard conventions and applies that script to the YAML file.
Also, the flow folder has not been maintained and has therefore diverged substantially from the API. To avoid viewer confusion, this PR also removes that folder (though its contents will still be accessible in past commits).
