Clarify installation and setup instructions #38

Relates to #31

The intention of this PR is to clarify installation/setup instructions more for a newcomer. (f.i., signifying that lua* has to be pre-installed).

I may be missing something here, but how does that clarify the confusion people had in #31?

It only partially relates to #31. The suggested changes (extracting Prerequisites, making smaller Installation chapter, separating it from Setup chapter) emphasize that lua* has to be pre-installed and there're two distinct ways to complete the installation step. This may simplify understanding how to correctly install digestif.

I reorganized the README as you suggest here, but with slightly different wording. Thanks for the suggestion.
