Magento 2 Object Manager Plugin System Plugin Not getting Recognized by Magento2 #3

Hi

The earlier plugin folders which you have given for some other tutorials seem to work perfectly but the code for this particular article does not run properly.We need to create a registeration.php file and then add the module name so that it gets registered properly.If you can replicate this issue do let me know so that you can fix it for future releases.

@blaine12100 Thanks for the heads up! The tutorials were written before a registration.php file was necessary. We've been filling them in as people notice and complain. :) We're happy to accept a PR if you'd like to make it.
