Describe the bug The pre-commit hook downloads and uses a packaged version of rust.
Multiple inconvenients, it kinda installs rustup For nixos users, rustup as a binary will not work
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Just use the pre-commit hook as described in the readme
