symlink README.md to lib #81

this allows the lib to be vendored as a crate, otherwise it would depend on files outside the crate.

Fair enough but I really want that readme to be at the top level so you can see it directly on github, I would either, remove that doc from lib or copy the readme but that would be sad, what's your opinion?

The readme is still at top level, there is just an extra symlink now in the lib directory
