Add information in the man page about -T for listing TARGETS, -c for using the clipboard selection, and how xclip switches to output mode if it would read from a user's keyboard as stdin.

Also change the note for xclip --help to suggest that people use this git repository to report bugs (rather than e-mail them directly to Åstrand).

Note that because I made some other cleanups to the man page, the diff is longer than the man page itself. It may be more helpful to just see the new man page.
