add 6 plates for "KM X" old zigbee hob #506

I have an older (around 2015) zigbeee connected hob with 6 plates which identifies itself as "KM X".

@spali sorry for misusing this PR, but I have a 4 plate hob with a zigbee module (which I currently don't use). How did you connect that to have it in the API?

Via the XGW3000 gateway. As I also had a fridge, washing machine, dryer and hob. It was worth it. Not sure if I would buy an extra gateway just for a hob.

I have a Qivicon gateway in the basement, maybe I can persuade that to talk to Miele and HA again. It's the same hardware.
