CIA entirely skipped over one revision #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. see http://cia.vc/stats/project/eAthena/
2. note that there is no revision between r12481 and r12483
3. now go see http://svn.eathena.ws/bugs/changeset/12482

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected CIA to log each and every commit, so that I could use my RSS 
reader instead of going to the server to see the list. Instead, today I 
saw that CIA skipped a revision that I've needed to see.

Please provide any additional information below.
I noticed that the service had downtime yesterday, but now it's back up so 
I guess something got lost along the way?
