- Increases and fixes codecov integration. Coverage now at >95% without artificially boosting via redundant testing. closes #4
- Added documentation with auto-docs. Links to but does not complete #2 We still need to add notebooks (preferably with google collab extensions) which I can start when I next get a chance.
