At least for now, this PR closes #2

• Reformatted examples for sphinx_gallery
• Added 2D un/constrained examples for camera-man de-noising (with ok results for docs)
• Added sphinx_gallery dependency to requirements and updated doc structure to automatically import, run, and convert examples into various forms including Jupyter notebooks.
• optional download links to Jupyter notebooks included at bottom of automatically generated tutorial pages.
• general housekeeping on documentation.

Outstanding:

• the only thing not (at least effectively) complete in the documentation is a background section. @Luke-Pratley we can leave this blank (or even comment it out) for now, but whenever you get a chance later down the line could you edit this file to include some background maths, i.e. derivation of the optimisations etc.

Note that you can pretty much copy+paste from your papers.
