@jasonmcewen fixes badge alignment. Unfortunately, for whatever reason aliasing raw html for the logo wouldn't render the logo next to the readme title. Switching to standard rst syntax (image::) here allows the logo to render, but vertical alignment for rst images isn't correctly applied.
So. As a stopgap we have a slightly smaller inline logo which is the correct size to align be default.
