W chirp series #115

I have developed code to calculate w chirp kernels, but using a different method.

The code is independent of the rest of development, so should not impact anything currently worked on.

I might actually need to use this code pretty soon, so I will merge it when I have finished one more feature.

I have had to add new options into operators.h to allow use of this code. It will not affect bench marks, as w_term=false in those cases.
