Fixed major bug in wprojection for loop (also added extra checks for wproj) #228

Found problems with running wprojection on real data, this PR fixes it.

This PR also adds a debugging example that creates an image of the DDE. The wprojection operator now runs without w-stacking if chosen (this is needed for debugging).
