Read in uvfits natively to purify #40

As an alternative to measurement sets, uvfits could be a good format to natively read into Purify.

I will see if the ccfits library can read uvfits. Otherwise, the pyfits python library can do it.

I don't think we need to support uvfits anymore. We can now support measurement sets.
