Enable parallelisation used of fftw3 #47

This depends on UCL/GreatCMakeCookOff#49 to be merged.

Also, noticed I've changed THREADED for OPENMP, if Threads is preferred, then we should change the option that sets openmp and find the Threads package instead of OpenMP.
