get eigen from Luke's tarball on bitbucket #68

hg clone is needed to get the patched version of Eigen, that is needed for the FFToperator. But, Mercurial is not a requirement and some people will not have hg on their system.

I think this is the place to download the hg source https://selenic.com/repo/hg-stable , which I found at https://www.mercurial-scm.org/wiki/Download#Source_packages
