[WIP] 1st MPI example #98

This includes the first MPI example, created with love on a long floobits session with @Luke-Pratley and @mdavezac.

Though this version compiles, there are some errors on how mpi initialises and others labeled with FIXME - which I'm unsure how to solve these.

Thanks, @adrianjhpc. I think we are on top of it for now. It's mostly grunt work to put the pieces of the puzzle together :)
