This PR adds support for the following:

[x] Directional synthesis transform for complex spin-signals.
[x] Switches from 1D indexing to multi-dimensional arrays.
[x] Updates docstrings throughout.
[x] Updates to RNG generator for testing.
[x] Adds fixture to generate random wavelets.
[x] Adds tests for the above.

@alicjapolanska @JessWhitney I know we all worked on this together but it may still be useful for you to read through the code here to make sure everything makes sense before we branch off and work on independent issues :)
