Improved the inputs a little

• Moved the dev hotkeys to use is_action_just_pressed. This fixed the issues of the gobodar and deep pockets not working all the time
• Maxed out the deadzone for the player fire input. This helped the issue of firing multiple times before the cooldown kicked in but did not fix it
