Added hit feedback

• Enemies now flash white and recoil slightly in the opposite direction when hit but not killed
• Also made it so that the poojectiles no longer register as hits and get removed for a goblin that has 'died'

PR #178 needs to be merged in before this PR as I required some of those changes in order to do this closes #172
