Update docs:

Wish list is outdated, https://github.com/astro-tiptop/TIPTOP/blob/main/docs/source/wishList.rst, and also the section "Comment-on-some-behaviour" (see https://tiptop.readthedocs.io/en/main/wishList.html#comment-on-some-behaviour)
Howto is almost empty: https://github.com/astro-tiptop/TIPTOP/blob/main/docs/source/howto.rst
Check that the troubleshooting section is up to date: https://github.com/astro-tiptop/TIPTOP/blob/main/docs/source/troubleshoot.rst

HowTo was improved by https://github.com/astro-tiptop/TIPTOP/pull/136
